Louis Vuitton — Paris seeks an EMEA Omnichannel Business Project Manager to optimise omnichannel journeys and drive e‑commerce growth (hybrid, full‑time).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize the end‑to‑end omnichannel value chain across EMEA to elevate customer experience and support business growth.
  • Continuously analyse the digital customer journey (from add‑to‑cart to payment) to identify frictions, drop‑off points and conversion levers.
  • Define, prioritise and structure functional roadmaps aligned with the global omnichannel strategy, and present clear PI Planning requests and trade‑offs to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with tech, product and market teams to scope, prioritise, test and deploy features; measure impact on conversion, retention and revenue and benchmark performance.
  • Lead Voice of the Client for EMEA: consolidate quantitative and qualitative feedback, deliver regular reporting and oversee action plans with Service, Digital and Retail teams.
  • Support launches of new e‑commerce markets by building business cases, preparing go‑lives and ensuring localisation of services and content to regulatory and regional expectations.
  • Manage pilots and large‑scale rollouts for new capabilities (e.g., enhanced gifting, personalization, last‑mile improvements) and identify differentiated innovation levers.
  • Coach and supervise an apprentice, developing their autonomy, analytical skills and project management capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce or omnichannel project management with deep knowledge of order flows and the digital purchase journey.
  • Strong business, digital and customer orientation with a pronounced appetite for innovation and UX optimisation.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic and operational recommendations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences and to produce high‑quality executive presentations.
  • Autonomous, organised and effective at managing multiple cross‑functional international projects.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
