Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of the Editorial Managers Department in the development and production of editorial and communication tools for Louis Vuitton, including agendas, greeting cards, brochures, invitations, press gifts, VIC assets, exhibition and foundation assets, food and beverage supports, and product leaflets.
  • Assist Project Managers in the coordination of project stages from briefing to delivery, including creative exchanges, material sourcing, sample requests, and prototype launches.
  • Oversee retouching, photogravure, layout, translations, and proofreading.
  • Aid in supervising production and conduct printer visits for adjustments.
  • Manage budgets, financial tracking, and logistics.
  • Independently develop Maison paper supports.
  • Organize shoots for archiving purposes and contribute to the enrichment of the Maison's heritage.
  • Participate in administrative tasks such as courier services and shipments.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Artistic Direction, Art Buying, Private Client Relations, Events, and Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School, Edition/Packaging Training, Graphic Arts & Communication School, or University at M2 level.

Skills

High level of involvement and meticulous attention to detail. Practical sense with strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Curiosity and an appreciation for aesthetics. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in writing and editing content. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education in relevant fields.
