Role & Responsibilities
- Support online product launches by ensuring all product information is accurately published and accessible across the e‑commerce site.
- Maintain and update editorial and product content (product pages, brand content, editorial copy) to reflect brand standards and merchandising initiatives.
- Review and validate published content for accuracy, consistency and clarity prior to release.
- Manage import and synchronization of translation files (Excel) into CMS platforms and liaise with the translation agency to guarantee correct product information.
- Coordinate content and launch activities with e‑merchandising teams, local market teams and external partners to ensure timely rollouts.
- Update and create weekly marketing templates and assets in Canva (e.g., GIFs, presentations).
- Contribute to new digital projects by supporting content publication, editorial optimisation and workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Final‑year student or recent graduate in e‑business, digital, e‑commerce, web communication, or a related discipline; valid internship agreement from the university is mandatory.
- Availability for a six‑month full‑time internship, on site in Brussels.
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Comfortable using CMS platforms in an e‑commerce context (experience with Cormedia, Shopify, PrestaShop or WordPress is an advantage).
- Strong command of Canva and Excel; familiarity with translation file handling (Excel).
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous and curious with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web‑writing best practices; interest in task automation and digital workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Power Automate) is a plus.
