Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ecommerce operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and track sales forecasts on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis.
  • Manage daily store operations to maximize business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize operational plans.
  • Oversee TP operation management.
  • Monitor and improve website performance metrics to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze data to evaluate store operation effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 7+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in luxury fashion and/or beauty brands preferred.
  • Experience with marketplace stores such as Tmall or JD.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.

Skills

Strong strategic problem-solving skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to formulate strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and a team player. Ability to work under pressure to deliver results.

Experience

7+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on digital and business aspects, preferably within luxury fashion or beauty brands.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above.
