Louis Vuitton E-Store Manager – Mainland China. Lead e-commerce strategy, drive traffic and conversions, manage P&L for luxury marketplace platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to establish and execute mid to long-term e-store business objectives and growth initiatives aligned with brand strategy
  • Analyze market data and consumer research to define core business direction, merchandising requirements, and channel-specific growth strategies
  • Secure high-quality traffic and establish conversion targets for key product categories and landing pages based on business performance metrics
  • Design and continuously optimize the digital user journey to enhance client experience and drive achievement of commercial objectives
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand commercial calendar, including seasonal activations (618, Singles' Day) and new product launches
  • Manage digital customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives using AIPL funnel and/or 5R model frameworks for precise audience segmentation and targeting
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including performance media, e-merchandising, order experience, e-clienteling, and data analytics to secure resources and support
  • Manage relationships with external partners including media channels and third-party service providers to ensure delivery of desired commercial and operational outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, with deep expertise spanning digital and business operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing e-store operations for a prestigious brand with full sales and P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving capabilities and ability to deliver results under high-pressure environments
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to formulate strategy, identify resource gaps, and execute acquisitions
  • Prior experience managing marketplace stores (Tmall, JD.com) is mandatory; mini-program experience (WeChat) is advantageous
  • Experience within luxury fashion and/or beauty sectors is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English language proficiency is advantageous

Experience running marketplace platforms in the Chinese market (Tmall, JD.com) is essential; exposure to mini-program environments (WeChat) strengthens candidacy.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline such as business administration, marketing, digital commerce, or related field.
