E-Retail Intern at Louis Vuitton Singapore — support digital projects and website optimization in this 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising activities, including platform hygiene checks across digital funnel and multiple devices
- Support content contribution onto the .COM and App environments, managing product ranking, selection, and website optimization
- Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the UAT environment by executing predefined test cases and scripts
- Collaborate with UAT testers, IS team, and project managers to ensure quality assurance across departments
- Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and issues discovered during testing using JIRA and other issue tracking systems
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Assist in preparing UAT sign-off reports and documentation for release readiness
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a relevant field of digital e-commerce, project management, or digital/retail operations
- Proficiency in English
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or above
- Strong organizational and reliability skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborative working style with proven team-player mentality
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of JIRA is advantageous

Experience
Beginner-level experience in digital e-commerce, project management, omnichannel projects, or retail operations preferred; recent graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree or higher in digital e-commerce, project management, technology, business, or related field.
