Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize the product catalogue and assortment for assigned categories across Louis Vuitton’s digital platforms, improving discovery and conversion.
- Manage end‑to‑end e‑merchandising processes — from product creation to publication — ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Own product information accuracy and coordinate launches and online category activations for new collections, drops and capsule releases.
- Design and implement visual merchandising, offer segmentation and silhouette‑based approaches to elevate product presentation and drive cross‑selling.
- Monitor category business performance and customer journey metrics; create and consolidate sales and traffic reports to inform merchandising actions.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Central teams, Webmasters, local e‑commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align priorities and support market roll‑out.
- Conduct regular competitive and market benchmarking and propose tests or refinements for key commercial events.
- Support functional evolution requests for assigned categories and act as a primary contact for local markets to help them achieve their merchandising objectives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (business school or equivalent) and eligible for a work‑study/apprenticeship contract (alternance).
- Demonstrable experience in e‑commerce project management (internship or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- High numeracy and data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to manage stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Organised, solution‑oriented, able to prioritise and adapt within a fast‑evolving environment.
