Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Art d'Offrir strategic digital programme by participating in the launch and localisation of international and local commercial campaigns.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end e‑merchandising process: product creation, enrichment and publication to the online catalogue, ensuring alignment with launch schedules and Maison standards.
- Apply and deploy Digital Merchandising and visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation and support business and brand image objectives.
- Monitor weekly sales and site performance; analyse category KPIs to produce actionable recommendations that drive conversion and revenue.
- Run online QA and go‑live tests for product pages, category pages and site search to ensure flawless customer experience.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market surveillance to propose improvements in online product presentation.
- Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams including Product Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service, Webmasters, Digital Communications, content writers, translation agencies and regional zones.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme or business school (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in marketing, digital, business or a related discipline.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship in e‑commerce or e‑merchandising is a plus.
- Autonomous, rigorously organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial and client orientation with a pronounced attention to detail and product sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
