Louis Vuitton e-Commerce Intern position in Singapore – support e-retail operations and digital projects for 6 months (Jan–Jun 2027).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for website management and e-merchandising activities, including platform hygiene checks across digital environments and devices
  • Support content contribution and e-merchandising optimization activities, including product ranking, selection, and website performance enhancement on .COM and App platforms
  • Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the UAT environment by executing predefined test cases and scripts
  • Collaborate with UAT testers, IS teams, and project managers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and quality assurance
  • Identify, document, and report defects and issues discovered during testing; update JIRA tracking systems with accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and UAT sign-off documentation

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in digital e-commerce, project management, digital/retail operations, or related field
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with collaborative working style
  • Proficient in computer applications and digital tools
  • Knowledge of JIRA or similar issue-tracking platforms preferred

Experience
