Louis Vuitton E-Commerce Intern position in Brussels, Belgium—join the PIONEERS program supporting digital retail and marketing within the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns, paid search, and paid social activities across Benelux, Nordics & Poland
- Track performance metrics and contribute insights to support e-commerce growth and optimization
- Support regular website and app updates on LV.com to maintain consistent brand image and digital client experience across markets
- Collaborate with Digital Production and IT teams, conducting UAT testing for new website functionalities and reporting identified bugs
- Monitor user experience across digital touchpoints, identifying friction points and website errors
- Use data insights to make evidence-based recommendations for optimizing the digital retail journey
- Support weekly and monthly business reporting by translating data and insights into impactful presentation materials
Qualifications
- Enrolled as Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Internship agreement from university is mandatory
- Strong command of English language
- Excellent proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic coursework in marketing, business analytics, or related disciplines is expected.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Valid internship convention from the home university is mandatory.
