Role & Responsibilities
- Support France & Monaco e‑commerce and digital visibility initiatives in close coordination with Operations, Merchandising, Retail, IT, Digital International teams and external agencies.
- Contribute to the weekly communication calendar; configure and schedule email marketing campaigns, newsletters and push notifications.
- Monitor, report and analyse CRM campaign performance and propose data‑driven improvements.
- Manage French content and translations for the website and mobile application; maintain and update store pages.
- Optimize on‑site SEO and internal search relevance; perform benchmarking and contribute to UX tests and post‑launch follow‑up.
- Participate in digital projects to improve user experience: create tickets, run tests, track fixes and perform post‑launch monitoring.
- Support SEA activities: help implement and optimise Google Search Ads and Google Shopping campaigns, write and refine ad copy, and report on campaign performance.
- Track digital performance through regular reporting and competitive intelligence; recommend operational and strategic enhancements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school or university) with a specialization in Digital/Web Marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent command of written French.
- Strong copywriting skills and keen editorial sense for French content.
- Interest or prior exposure to CRM platforms (SFMC, Batch or similar) and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis; meticulous, proactive and organized.
- Genuine interest in luxury, fashion and brand culture; ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Entry‑level — suitable for students with limited professional experience; prior internships in digital marketing, e‑commerce or CRM are advantageous but not required.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 (business school or university), preferably with a Digital/Web Marketing orientation.
