Louis Vuitton seeks a DEI & CSR Intern in New York City to support diversity initiatives, environmental programs, and corporate responsibility activities through Fall 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of DEI-focused educational sessions, discussions, events, and programs
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal DEI communication materials and platforms
  • Coordinate corporate social responsibility activities and environmental initiatives, including supporting the Green Team
  • Participate in the creation of a Responsible Sourcing Program by identifying and vetting vendors, and creating associated databases
  • Coordinate the annual CSR report and support metrics collection and analysis to track DEI and CSR initiative success
  • Provide administrative support for DEI and CSR program execution and the preparation of materials for diversity training and workshops
  • Support internal communications coordination and collaborate across departments to advance inclusive workforce initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Public Relations, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive initiatives
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
