Louis Vuitton DEI & CSR Intern in New York City – $20–$25/hr, Sept–Dec 2026. Support diversity, corporate responsibility initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of DEI-focused educational sessions, discussions, events, and programming
- Develop and maintain internal communications materials to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Update and manage internal DEI communication platforms and digital resources
- Assist in coordinating corporate social responsibility activities and environmental initiatives
- Contribute to the creation and coordination of the annual CSR report
- Scout, select, and create databases of responsible vendors for the Responsible Sourcing Program
- Collect, analyze, and track metrics to measure the success and impact of DEI and CSR initiatives
- Provide administrative support for program execution, material preparation, and workshop coordination
- Collaborate with internal partners to support inclusive workforce initiatives and social impact efforts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Public Relations, Data Analytics, or related field
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able and willing to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) from September through December 2026
- Able and willing to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan at least 4 days per week

Experience
No prior professional experience required; beginner-level candidates are welcome. Demonstrated interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility is valued.
Education
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Public Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 25 per hour.
