Louis Vuitton — Diversity & Inclusion Apprentice (EMEA) in Paris 16th. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026; 1–2 year programme supporting DEI initiatives across EMEA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support deployment of the company's social and societal commitments across the EMEA zone, helping to design and organise initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, employee engagement and well‑being.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse HR and programme data from all EMEA countries to contribute to measurement of DEI and social impact indicators.
  • Contribute to the animation, monitoring and reporting of social‑impact actions, training and awareness campaigns; assist in the design and rollout of projects and partnerships with associative stakeholders.
  • Support initiatives related to inclusion and sustained employment for people with disabilities, including coordination with local teams and external partners.
  • Provide editorial and logistical assistance for events, communications and internal programmes; prepare materials, manage schedules and ensure smooth execution.
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders across countries; work primarily in English and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

  • Student enrolled in a business school, university or equivalent with a specialisation in Social and Societal Responsibility / Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Available for an apprenticeship starting September 2026 for a 1‑ or 2‑year duration and able to work on site in Paris (16th arrondissement).
  • Initial professional experience or internship in CSR, DEI or related fields is desirable.
  • Fluent English (role requires working in English >70% of the time).
  • Organised, proactive and creative with strong interpersonal skills and a client‑oriented mindset.
  • Good command of Pack Office (Microsoft Office suite).
