Louis Vuitton Distribution Planning Manager in New York; oversee Americas distribution strategy for leather goods and home collections, USD $110K–$130K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate distribution processes in close collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics, Repair centers, and HQ Supply Chain for both existing and new products
- Monitor order and stock target fulfillment to maximize sales and provide clear visibility to Retail stores and Merchandising teams
- Communicate and support retail teams to optimize sales and manage inventory across all channels and activities
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for high-end events, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment
- Continuously monitor sales performance to proactively optimize stock levels and reach targeted coverage through rebalancing, promotional offers, and overstock management
- Collaborate with repair center teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance product repairability and marketability
- Identify and implement initiatives to support process optimization and reduce lead times across the supply chain
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and KPIs to support daily operations and drive informed decision-making
- Leverage Power BI, SQL, and other programming languages to deliver continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, supply chain management, and distribution with a proven track record of optimizing complex processes
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, including advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a keen eye for continuous improvement and process optimization in fast-paced, high-value environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Natural team player who thrives in collaborative settings and contributes to a positive work culture
- Affinity for the luxury industry and understanding of its unique supply chain demands, client expectations, and brand integrity
