Louis Vuitton Distribution Planner in Singapore: optimize inventory and omnichannel orders for Women's RTW and Shoes across South Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock coverage through regular monitoring and replenishment actions to support full business potential
- Coordinate seasonal stock balancing and end-of-season clean-up activities to maximize sell-through and retrieve obsolete products from retail locations
- Support retail teams in driving Women's Ready-to-Wear and Shoes business through activations, client appointments, and inventory-driven initiatives
- Implement pre-ordering strategy for new collections by configuring launch dates and product scope within distribution and Order Management Systems
- Troubleshoot orderability issues and respond to product availability inquiries from retail teams and clients
- Coordinate product sourcing for e-commerce and client services, including manual ordering processes where system solutions are unavailable
- Monitor omnichannel fulfillment performance, client order delivery lead times, and escalate anomalies to central teams
- Animate key performance indicator communications relating to inventory health and distribution policy
- Serve as key user for Order Management Systems, writing and maintaining orderability rules and managing system abnormalities
- Represent the South Asia region in global supply chain transformation initiatives, communicating business needs and system improvements to central teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain or distribution planning experience
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with proven data analysis reliability
- Retail client-centric mindset and experience
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or distribution planning. Experience in luxury product distribution is advantageous.
