Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate product distribution for seasonal launches to ensure optimal product availability in boutiques at the time of launch.
- Define and apply distribution priorities, allocate stock to stores, and manage replenishment strategies to maximise sales potential while controlling inventory levels.
- Manage warehouse load and liaise with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely flows and clear visibility on launch readiness.
- Forecast and dimension distribution requirements for permanent (core) products, communicating needs to production and merchandising teams.
- Drive the evolution of the distribution model toward greater agility, identifying continuous improvement opportunities to reduce lead times, increase efficiency and lower carbon impact.
- Produce regular reporting and launch-status updates for cross‑functional stakeholders to inform decisions and remedial actions.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in distribution planning, inventory allocation, supply chain planning or related roles, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical rigour, methodical approach and proven comfort with data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work cross‑functionally, influence stakeholders, and act as a pragmatic facilitator.
- Autonomous operator with a results orientation, diplomacy and humility; able to embody the Maison's values.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in distribution planning, inventory allocation or supply chain roles within retail or luxury contexts, with responsibility for seasonal launches and stock optimisation.
Education
Engineering school diploma or equivalent university degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
