Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal product availability in stores at seasonal launches by coordinating allocations and prioritising distribution.
  • Manage distribution schedules and enforce priorities to align supply with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse load, coordinating closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and receipt flows.
  • Provide clear, timely visibility on stock situation at launch and through the launch period.
  • For permanent products, optimise zone stock availability to maximise sales potential while controlling inventory levels.
  • Define and communicate distribution requirements to production to secure appropriate replenishment and sizing.
  • Drive the transformation of distribution towards a more agile model, identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce lead time, increase operational efficiency and lower carbon impact across the distribution chain.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification (Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in distribution planning, allocation, demand planning or related supply‑chain role, preferably within footwear, apparel or luxury retail.
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical rigour, methodical approach and a proven capacity to work with data and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams and production partners.
  • Autonomous, solution‑oriented and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, results driven environment.
  • Diplomacy, humility and ability to embody the maison's values in written and oral expression.

Experience
