Louis Vuitton Apprenticeship: Distribution Planner, Malissard (1 year, Sept 2026). Supply chain planning & logistics coordination in luxury manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple manufacturing sites, acting as the lead supply chain representative and ensuring proper material distribution by prioritizing site production urgency and criticality levels
- Maintain reliable planning signals from production sites by enforcing planning and scheduling protocols, while tracking operational KPIs during daily quick meetings and implementing associated action plans
- Relay and prioritize material and component shortages to central procurement teams, monitor critical supply issues, ensure milestone compliance, and escalate concerns when performance degrades
- Pilot one to two projects outlined in the department's strategic roadmap while actively contributing to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing progress initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in business school or engineering school with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production
- Advanced proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Ability to analyze stock requirements and adjust allocations based on fluctuations and shifting priorities
- Capacity to anticipate and organize material flows to ensure uninterrupted production
