Louis Vuitton Distribution Planner Intern in Malissard, France. 6-month supply chain and logistics internship starting January/February 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interlocutor for assigned manufacturing sites on supply chain matters and stock allocation requirements
- Ensure appropriate distribution of materials by arbitrating according to urgency and criticality levels of finished product manufacturing sites
- Guarantee reliability of planning signals transmitted by sites by monitoring adherence to planning and scheduling protocols
- Track operational KPIs during daily coordination meetings and execute associated action plans
- Relay and prioritize material and component supply urgencies to central procurement teams
- Monitor issues affecting sites and communicate visibility on resolution status
- Ensure compliance with project milestones, challenge approaches, and escalate in case of performance degradation
- Lead one to two defined projects from the departmental roadmap
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing process enhancement actions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing a Bac +4/5 program in business school or engineering school with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Ability to analyze stock requirements and adjust based on fluctuations and priorities
- Capacity to anticipate and organize material flows to ensure production continuity

Entry-level or no professional experience required; current student or recent graduate in logistics, supply chain, or production management disciplines.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bac +4/5 degree in commerce or engineering school with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production
