Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Distribution Planner for Accessories in Paris to optimize supply chain operations for Northern Asia and China.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot product distribution flows to assigned commercial regions (Northern Asia and China), ensuring stock quality and anticipating supply challenges including seasonality and stock tensions
- Guarantee and optimize distribution lead times in coordination with logistics and transportation teams
- Build segment-level stock policy in alignment with Sales Planning and Merchandising teams to support business objectives while optimizing inventory investment
- Control production requirements in partnership with industrial teams and Sales Planning to ensure product availability across the exclusive distribution network
- Drive and optimize team processes including S&OP execution, logistics capacity management, peak season organization, and continuous improvement of distribution tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (engineering, business school, university degree)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail planning within an industrial Supply Chain or operational logistics environment
- Deep knowledge of the North Asian and Chinese markets
- Proficiency with information systems including Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, and OMS (Order Management System) inventory tools
- Expertise in Asian local regulations covering customs and transport, particularly maritime and air freight logistics
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Mandarin proficiency preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail planning within an industrial Supply Chain or operational logistics environment, with demonstrated expertise in the Northern Asian and Chinese markets.
Education
Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's degree or equivalent qualification required (engineering degree, business school diploma, or university degree at Bac +5 level).
