Louis Vuitton Paris seeks Director of Industrial Management Accounting with 15+ years experience to lead global finance control and drive manufacturing performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the industrial management accounting control framework to ensure reliable tracking of economic and financial performance
  • Lead the global industrial finance community and coordinate teams responsible for performance management
  • Supervise, develop, and mentor direct and cross-functional teams with emphasis on rigor, collaboration, and knowledge transfer
  • Guarantee the quality of financial reporting, performance analyses, and executive summaries
  • Manage the industrial profit and loss statement and monitor associated key performance indicators
  • Coordinate financial planning exercises including budgeting, reforecasting, and projections with robust assumptions
  • Analyze variances between actual and forecast results, identify performance levers, and support action plan execution
  • Serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing operations and corporate functions to inform capital allocation, operational, and transformation decisions
  • Support transformation, organizational redesign, and financial planning tool evolution initiatives
  • Ensure process reliability, control environment quality, and continuous improvement in management practices
  • Optimize and enhance management tools, reporting frameworks, and reference systems
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership on period-end close, compliance, treasury, and corporate statutory obligations

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent qualification; ideally complemented by specialization in finance or management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial management accounting
  • Solid expertise in industrial performance management, budget construction, and financial analysis
  • Proven experience leading finance teams and communities in demanding environments
  • Comfort navigating transformation programs and managing cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency with management and reporting tools, particularly Excel and SAP; familiarity with Power BI and AI applications is advantageous
  • Strong demonstrated rigor, intellectual curiosity, perseverance, and strategic perspective
