Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the General Services strategy and roadmap to ensure a secure, efficient, and attractive working environment with elevated service standards
• Integrate digital transformation, CSR, and continuous improvement initiatives across all operational activities
• Oversee multisite operations, ensuring service continuity, technical quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation management
• Deploy supervision and performance-monitoring tools to track technical metrics and operational performance
• Maintain and enhance the standards, performance, and quality of experience across all facilities
• Develop sustainable mobility solutions aligned with corporate CSR objectives
• Establish and deploy employee experience and occupant services strategy, including reception, helpdesk, catering, office supplies, and landscaping
• Supervise international logistics for headquarters operations, including import/export of products and collections, fashion show shipments, event coordination, and mail management
• Represent central services on peripheral sites and oversee hygiene and cleaning operations across all locations
• Manage event operations at headquarters and oversee a dedicated private townhouse for client hosting
• Develop value-added services, measure occupant satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement plans
• Define and implement the procurement strategy for General Services, including vendor consultations, RFPs, negotiations, and contract management
• Establish, track, and optimize budgets to ensure cost control while maintaining service quality
• Serve as liaison with Procurement, Finance, Internal Audit, and Compliance departments
• Lead direct and matrix teams, establish priorities, mentor staff development, and execute organizational changes within the function

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business administration, university qualification, or specialized facility management and building credentials
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in multisite, large-scale, or premium environments
• Proven expertise in General Services and facility management operations within demanding corporate settings
• Advanced proficiency in financial planning, indirect procurement, contract management, and vendor oversight
• Strong command of supervision tools, data analytics, and performance indicators
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with transformation initiatives, corporate social responsibility, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Discretion, sound judgment, and established operational leadership credentials
• Ability to operate with discretion and responsiveness in high-visibility environments

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in general services, facility management, or related senior operational roles within multisite, large-scale, or premium corporate environments.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, university, or specialized qualification in facility management and building science.
