Louis Vuitton China seeks a Director, Digital Retail to lead retail digital transformation in Beijing. Full-time, office-based position reporting to executives in the Asia-Pacific region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve the Retail Digital capability roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable digital capabilities
- Own the Retail Solutions portfolio and roadmap, driving prioritization, business case development, and investment recommendations
- Lead digital capabilities supporting store operational efficiency, Client Advisor productivity, daily retail workflows, clienteling capabilities, and operational excellence initiatives
- Partner closely with Retail Excellence, Client Development, and other business functions to drive cross-functional alignment
- Co-lead the Retail Solutions Forum with technology leadership, ensuring integrated ecosystem evolution across Journey, ICON, and other enterprise products
- Drive business adoption of retail digital capabilities, measure utilization and business outcomes, and continuously improve user experience based on feedback
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives within retail operations
- Proven ability to partner effectively with technology organizations and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Strong portfolio and capability management expertise with experience balancing short-term business needs and long-term development
- Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management across business, digital, and technology teams
- Experience measuring capability adoption, user engagement, and business impact
Skills
Experience
Retail operations leadership background with proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives and establishing effective partnerships with technology organizations to build enterprise-scale capabilities. Ideally 8+ years in retail, digital strategy, or business transformation roles, with at least 3–5 years in a director-level position.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
