Louis Vuitton is hiring a full-time Direct to Client Specialist for a permanent position in Ontario, California, handling client inquiries about care services by phone, email, and video while meeting productivity and quality objectives. The second-shift schedule is Sunday 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. from home and Monday–Thursday 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. in the office; mid-shift training Monday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., is required for the first 4–6 weeks. Pay is USD 20–24 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and complete product assessments related to repairs and quality to initiate repairs or provide clients with care information.
- Manage client caseloads proactively, ensuring prompt follow-ups and an orderly workflow.
- Evaluate incoming client calls against case history and account documentation to determine the appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Meet or exceed assigned call quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
- Handle a range of calls, including payment collection, quotation reviews, service issues, and store inquiries.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and research repair-related issues, collaborating with other departments when necessary.
- Deliver exemplary customer service by upholding phone quality, resolving complaints, demonstrating product awareness, and maintaining store relations in accordance with Quality Customer Service Standards, Louis Vuitton Etiquette, and Louis Vuitton Selling Ceremony.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring fair, empathetic, and timely outcomes.
- Follow department and company policies and procedures.
- Use required call center platforms, tools, and CRM systems proficiently and consistently to document calls accurately and deliver seamless client service.
- Stay current on product knowledge, company updates, and departmental initiatives to provide informed responses to client inquiries.
- Accurately document 100% of calls and email correspondence in the CRM system, recording inquiry types, customer feedback, and complaint details to maintain interaction traceability and data integrity.
- Participate in departmental training, continuous improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives, and recommend process improvements to advance operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives and goals.
