Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for collaborative platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe) aligned with business objectives, user experience, and adoption goals
  • Own end-to-end platform management encompassing vision, governance, performance, security, and user experience
  • Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft Copilot and AI use cases, supporting business units in adoption and establishing eligibility, usage, and compliance frameworks
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive governance framework addressing security, compliance, access management, and usage in alignment with IT and business priorities
  • Drive licensing strategy and cost optimization through usage analysis, license rationalization, and stakeholder communication on budget impacts
  • Structure operational and support models (L2/L3), formalize processes and documentation, and ensure service quality standards
  • Pilot and develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to enhance operations, strengthen process reliability, and improve service scalability
  • Monitor user experience and adoption metrics, establish performance indicators, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support international teams in deploying and evolving collaborative solutions, fostering best practice sharing and capability diffusion across all entities
  • Serve as technical and functional reference for collaborative platforms, guiding Tech Leads, L2/L3 teams, and external partners in resolving complex issues

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international Digital Workplace environment with focus on collaborative platforms
  • Expertise in product management, cross-functional coordination, and complex technical ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaborative services and governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions independently and manage critical environments with high responsibility
  • Capacity to balance strategic leadership, product ownership, and operational coordination of collaborative platforms
  • Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives for technology solutions
  • Ability to leverage expert teams, Tech Leads, L2/L3 resources, and external partners effectively
  • Proficiency with communication and project management tools (Zoom, Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and user adoption dynamics
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
