Louis Vuitton seeks a Digital Workplace Manager for Communication Platforms in Paris. Lead collaborative platform strategy and governance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the strategic roadmap for collaborative platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe) in alignment with business objectives, user experience, and solution adoption
  • Assume full end-to-end ownership of collaborative platforms across vision, governance, performance, security, and user experience
  • Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft Copilot and AI use cases, guiding business functions through adoption whilst establishing eligibility, usage, and compliance frameworks
  • Establish and enforce a comprehensive global governance framework addressing security, compliance, access management, and usage patterns in coordination with IT and business stakeholders
  • Develop licensing strategy and drive cost optimization through usage analysis, license rationalization, and budgetary impact communication
  • Structure the operational and support model (L2/L3), formalize processes including documentation and knowledge management, and ensure consistent service quality
  • Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to optimize operations, strengthen process reliability, and enhance service scalability
  • Monitor user experience and adoption metrics, define key performance indicators, and establish continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support international teams in deploying and evolving collaborative solutions, fostering best practice sharing and usage diffusion across entities
  • Serve as the primary technical and functional reference for collaborative platforms, supporting Tech Leads, L2/L3 teams, and external partners in resolving complex issues

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international Digital Workplace environment with a focus on collaborative platforms
  • Demonstrated expertise in product management, cross-functional coordination, and complex technical ecosystem governance
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaborative services and their governance frameworks
  • Proven capability to make structural decisions and drive accountability over critical environments with high operational responsibility
  • Track record of combining strategic direction, product ownership, and operational platform coordination
  • Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives for technology solutions
  • Ability to leverage expert teams, Tech Leads, L2/L3 teams, and external partners for operations, implementation, and advanced support
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Sensitivity to luxury industry standards, encompassing excellence, rigour, attention to detail, and creative thinking
