Louis Vuitton seeks Digital Store Manager in China to lead e-commerce strategy on JD and Tmall, 7+ years required, luxury experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to establish mid-to-long-term user growth and business objectives, defining strategic initiatives to drive ambitious expansion targets
- Leverage data analytics and consumer research to identify core growth opportunities, merchandising gaps, and channel-specific business directions aligned with brand positioning
- Establish and manage high-quality traffic acquisition strategies and conversion rate targets for key product categories and landing pages in support of overall business goals
- Design and optimize the end-to-end user journey within the e-commerce platform to deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving commercial objectives
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's commercial calendar, including seasonal events such as 618 and Singles' Day, as well as new product launches
- Oversee customer relationship management initiatives through AIPL funnel and 5R model frameworks to drive targeted audience acquisition and retention
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders including performance media, e-merchandising, order experience, e-clienteling, data analytics, and information systems teams
- Manage external partnerships with media channels and third-party agencies to ensure delivery of agreed-upon results and optimal channel performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management, with demonstrated expertise in both digital strategy and commercial execution
- Proven success in managing an e-commerce store for a prestigious brand, with full P&L accountability and measurable impact on sales growth and profitability
- Deep proficiency with major Chinese e-commerce platforms, particularly Tmall and JD.com; experience with WeChat mini-programs is advantageous
- Extensive background in the luxury fashion and/or premium beauty sectors
- Strong command of English language; Mandarin Chinese fluency required
- Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority

7+ years of e-commerce industry experience, with comprehensive knowledge of digital commerce operations, consumer behavior analysis, and luxury brand positioning in Asian markets. Track record of leading profitable e-commerce ventures with full sales and P&L responsibility for a recognized luxury brand.
