Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and existing digital projects, validating functions, data integrity, accuracy and reliability.
- Document, report and track defects; coordinate with development leads and testers to obtain fix estimates and retest timelines.
- Manage project tasks and timelines by translating design specifications into test scope, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and follow the Integrated Change Management Process during testing and release cycles.
- Monitor technical performance and client feedback, producing continuous reports and proposing process improvements to drive product excellence.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across luxury and adjacent industries to surface innovative digital ideas and client experience enhancements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a related field of study.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Available to commit to a full‑time, six‑month internship (up to 37.5 hours per week) beginning summer 2026 and able to work on site 4–5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
