- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure design choices align with overall solutions, minimizing complexity and tech debts.
- Drive change management with cross-functional and business teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Establish standardized monitoring mechanisms for local customer solutions, enhancing digital solution robustness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in building end-to-end digital solutions, preferably in omnichannel environments.
- Experience in designing distributed, service-oriented, micro-services, and cloud-based systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Ability to assess technical solutions with business acumen.
- Teamwork spirit with the ability to solve complex problems and achieve objectives.
