Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly analyses of product- and customer-specific KPIs for the online shop to inform performance decisions.
  • Translate, adapt and produce content for the German-language website and app, ensuring brand voice and localization quality.
  • Support performance marketing activities, notably SEO, SEM and e‑mail marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on Omnichannel projects with client service and retail teams to enhance cross‑channel customer experiences.
  • Contribute to digital retail projects and, after six months, potentially take ownership of selected projects or workstreams.
  • Assist with CRM activities targeting digital clients, including data-driven campaign support and reporting.
  • Perform translations and testing for the German version of the Louis Vuitton app and validate customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Test and help implement new digital features in partnership with EMEA digital teams to enhance the online customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed degree in Communications, Business/Economics or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience in online marketing or e‑commerce (internships, student projects or similar).
  • Confident user of MS Office, with strong competence in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
  • Analytical, goal‑oriented mindset with strong numerical affinity and conceptual thinking.
  • Creative, collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Experience

Entry-level: first practical experience in online marketing or e‑commerce is required; internships or coursework projects demonstrating relevant skills are acceptable.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed degree in Communications, Business/Economics, or a comparable programme.
