Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end digital retail and e‑commerce performance for the UK, South Africa and Ireland, partnering with Client Services, retail teams and central digital functions.
  • Drive paid acquisition and organic discovery through management of Paid Search campaigns, shopping feed optimisation and SEO strategy.
  • Develop and support CRM and email marketing programs, including segmentation, campaign planning and A/B testing.
  • Generate weekly and monthly trade analytics and ad‑hoc analysis using Google Analytics and Content Square to identify opportunities and translate insights into clear actions and forecasts.
  • Lead digital operations: oversee order fulfilment escalations, manage commercial cut‑off dates, and maintain relationships with logistics and last‑mile delivery partners to ensure premium client experience.
  • Coordinate user experience testing and local rollout of digital features (online bookings, click & collect, app and web initiatives).
  • Animate and enable the retail network through the Digital Ambassador programme, in‑store digital inductions, drive‑to‑store initiatives and third‑party digital partnerships.
  • Manage external agencies and third‑party platforms to align campaigns and digital presence with brand standards.
  • Line manage one direct report and contribute to a small cross‑functional team delivering high‑impact digital projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in e‑commerce, digital retail or digital marketing, with demonstrated people management.
  • Proven experience managing Paid Search campaigns and SEO for brand‑led e‑commerce.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience synthesising large data sets into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and Content Square; advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Commercial mindset with operational experience in order fulfilment and logistics management, including last‑mile delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for luxury, digital innovation and delivering elevated client experiences.
