Louis Vuitton Digital Retail and E-Commerce Coordinator position in London, UK. Support day-to-day website trading, CRM strategy, and omni-channel coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the UK and Ireland trade calendar with timely, accurate updates; proactively schedule key pushes and launches to drive advance trade actions and recommend trade plans aligned to sales targets
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports in collaboration with the Digital Retail and E-Commerce Manager; synthesize data for actionable insights to optimize business outcomes
- Define and execute email marketing strategy, targeting, and segmentation in partnership with the EMEA CRM team; establish local strategy for LV App push notifications and SMS whilst ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage weekly homepage updates aligned to local strategy; own commercial messaging throughout the client journey and ensure accuracy of key pages including delivery, returns, and FAQs
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and assume a business user role for key projects, operational and technical developments
- Develop and maintain close relationships with retail stores and Client Services teams; serve as first-line support to the retail network on Digital Retail and E-Commerce initiatives and refine omni-channel procedures
- Identify and develop top-performing digital clients; coordinate details for client nominations and events whilst sharing insights to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Digital Retail and E-Commerce Manager to strategize, implement, and project manage third-party digital experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or trading operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in extracting insights from diverse data sources
- Innovative problem-solver with ability to challenge ideas and propose solutions
