Louis Vuitton — Digital Marketing Advisor in Madrid (temporary, hybrid). Lead CRM, e‑commerce and website performance for the Mediterranean digital team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and monitor CRM emailing campaigns and app push notification strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Produce and brief localized content for newsletters, app and web; coordinate translations and ensure Spanish-market relevance.
  • Analyse website performance and user journeys using analytics platforms to inform UX improvements and A/B testing.
  • Leverage Content Square and DUE platforms to identify friction points and optimise on-site conversion paths.
  • Define and implement commercial messaging (banners, predictive search, PLP merchandising) to support sales objectives.
  • Manage operational requests: triage and resolve tickets/incidents across digital platforms in coordination with technical teams.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities and best practices for the Mediterranean market.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish and English; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; candidate must be eligible for a Spanish 'contrato de prácticas' (degree obtained within the last three years).
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in marketing, preferably with digital/CRM and e‑commerce exposure.
  • Proven experience working with web analytics and reporting tools (see skills).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; start date July 1, 2026.

Experience
