Louis Vuitton seeks a Digital Marketing Advisor (internship) in Madrid — hybrid role focused on CRM, e‑commerce and analytics (GA4, ContentSquare).
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, execute and monitor CRM emailing campaigns and app push notification flows tailored to the Spanish market.
- Create, brief and localise content for newsletters, push messages and on-site/app copy in coordination with translation teams.
- Support e‑commerce commercial messaging: banners, predictive search, and on‑site merchandising to optimise Product Listing Pages (PLP) and conversion.
- Analyse website and app performance using analytics platforms; identify UX improvements and implement tests via ContentSquare and DUE platforms.
- Manage operational tickets and incidents for digital platforms, liaising with technical and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and market analysis to surface opportunities and best practices for the Mediterranean market.
Qualifications
- Eligible to formalise a Spanish contrato de prácticas (must have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 3 years).
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related discipline.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.
- Proven familiarity with web and campaign analytics (experience with GA4, PBI and Excel preferred).
- Practical understanding of CRM/emailing workflows, app push strategy and e‑merchandising principles.
- Strong written communication and content localisation skills; organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; anticipated start date July 1, 2026.

Experience
Eligible recent graduate for a contrato de prácticas; internships or up to 1–3 years' experience in marketing or digital roles (preferably within luxury or fashion) will be advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar (degree must have been obtained within the last three years to qualify for a contrato de prácticas).
