Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland seeks a Digital Lead in Brussels to drive regional e‑commerce performance and digital activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of monthly e‑commerce targets through rigorous performance tracking, weekly/monthly reporting and translation of commercial priorities into data‑driven recommendations.
  • Monitor multi‑market sales and digital KPIs to identify opportunities and friction points; propose and implement corrective actions to steer performance across the region.
  • Lead and coordinate digital marketing activations (Paid Search, SEO, CRM, Paid Social) with agencies and HQ counterparts, using data to optimise visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Orchestrate product launches and website content updates to maximise product visibility while preserving Maison standards.
  • Analyse the client online journey to identify conversion opportunities and remove path‑to‑purchase friction in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support regional roll‑out of new website functionalities and market expansions, managing complex UAT phases and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Lead omnichannel initiatives with Client Services and Retail teams to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience across touchpoints.
  • Act as a central coordination point between regional teams, HQ and external partners to ensure clear alignment and seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in luxury e‑commerce, digital marketing or related fields (minimum 3 years indicated).
  • Demonstrable hands‑on experience managing performance‑driven digital channels: Paid Search, CRM, SEO and Paid Social.
  • Proven ability to analyse commercial data and translate insights into prioritised, actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI or Looker Studio is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience with web analytics and optimisation tools such as GA4, Google Ads and Contentsquare.
  • Excellent written command of English; Polish is a strong plus.

Experience
