Louis Vuitton internship: Digital Heritage Collections Management Assistant in Paris. 12–24 months, September 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage documentary traceability of intellectual property and exploitation rights for Louis Vuitton content in external contexts such as exhibitions
- Develop reference guidelines for exploitation conditions on key Maison subjects
- Centralize and reference intellectual property information and clearance documentation within the Heritage database systems
- Oversee the application of data referencing rules linked to asset rights
- Participate in rights clearance reviews for communications projects developed by the Maison
- Conduct research for project iconographic and audiovisual content from external institutions while integrating associated rights management
- Respond to asset requests and information inquiries from colleagues for internal and external projects
- Participate in progress meetings with contributing departments, document minutes, and ensure follow-up
- Collaborate on the establishment of reference documentary corpus linked to the Maison's savoir-faire from existing catalogued content and new contributions
- Enrich the digital database through new departmental contributions
- Participate in data rationalization and cleaning initiatives to guarantee quality, normalization, and optimal search functionality within the portal
Qualifications
- University degree in digital documentary management, digital heritage, audiovisual archives, or intellectual property rights
- Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or specialized heritage management applications
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated attention to detail, synthetic thinking, and organizational acumen
- Proactive mindset with strong priority management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
- Fluent English communication skills
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level professionals or recent graduates with foundational knowledge in digital collections management, heritage documentation, or intellectual property rights administration are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or project experience in archival work, content management, or rights clearance is beneficial but not required.
Education
University degree in digital documentary management, digital heritage, audiovisual archives, intellectual property rights, or a closely related discipline.
