Louis Vuitton in New York seeks a Digital Growth, AI & Innovation Manager to lead digital strategy, AI initiatives and omnichannel growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the LVA Digital growth strategy, translating market insights into prioritized strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Develop analyses, storytelling and ROI-backed recommendations for zone leadership and cross-functional partners to capture strategic opportunities.
- Own and coordinate the LVA digital & omnichannel product roadmap, managing prioritization, feature enhancements and end-to-end project momentum.
- Act as Product Owner for zone-led initiatives, collaborating with the local Proxy Product Owner to ensure successful delivery across website and app platforms.
- Communicate eCommerce strategy and priorities internally and to central partners; prepare executive-level presentations and decision materials.
- Source, evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance client journeys and operational capabilities, continually benchmarking best-in-class implementations.
- Monitor competitive landscape, retail and technology trends; recommend innovation pilots and improvements to maintain market leadership.
- Organize an annual innovation week—vendor sourcing, short-listing aligned to LVA priorities and onboarding of selected partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relevant digital, eCommerce or product experience.
- Proven experience creating business cases, roadmaps and executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and act as product owner for digital initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational planning and attention to detail; able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- French language proficiency is advantageous.
- On-site presence required four days per week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan.

Minimum 5 years of digital, eCommerce or product experience with demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives, building business cases and presenting to senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media or a related discipline preferred.
