Louis Vuitton — Digital Design Coordination Assistant (alternance) in Paris 1: 1‑year apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 supporting digital design planning and asset production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily coordination and short‑/mid‑term planning for the Digital Design Coordination team, assisting the Coordination Manager, Flow Manager and Digital Asset Project Leads.
- Monitor internal and external capacity with project leads and suppliers to optimise resource allocation.
- Track and manage production of digital assets from brief receipt to delivery, maintaining updated production schedules and follow‑up tables.
- Allocate and balance weekly workloads across contributors according to launch calendars, briefs and operational contingencies.
- Act as an interface with designers, marketing, industrial teams, e‑merchandising and digital stakeholders to manage priorities, urgencies and trade‑offs.
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of documentation and reports to support team activity and decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a programme in digital, fashion, business/commerce or product engineering.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion, design and digital workflows.
- Strong organisational skills with a disciplined approach to scheduling and follow‑up.
- Good interpersonal skills: attentive listening, clear prioritisation and collaborative coordination.
- Curiosity, benevolence and the agility to adapt to changing priorities.

Entry‑level — no prior professional experience required. Suitable for a student on an alternating apprenticeship (alternance) seeking a first professional placement within a design/digital operations environment.

Enrolled in 4th or 5th year of a higher education programme in digital, fashion, commerce or product engineering.
