Role & Responsibilities
- Support execution and analysis of digital marketing activities (SEM, SEO, CRM, Paid Social) in coordination with HQ and external agencies.
- Coordinate product launches and website content updates, including management of English→Polish translations, ensuring brand consistency and editorial accuracy.
- Monitor digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement), consolidate weekly/monthly reporting and ensure data reliability across sources.
- Identify, structure and communicate actionable insights and optimisation opportunities to improve conversion and online performance.
- Support implementation and UAT of new website functionalities and market-specific platform developments, collaborating with technical teams to remove path‑to‑purchase friction.
- Work cross‑functionally with Client Services and Retail teams to maintain a coherent omnichannel client experience across markets, with a focus on Poland.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing; luxury sector experience preferred.
- Practical exposure to digital channels: Paid Search (SEM), CRM, SEO and Paid Social.
- Excellent written command of English and Polish (Polish mandatory for this role).
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to structure information and derive clear, actionable insights.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data handling and content coordination.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or Looker Studio is a plus.

Experience
Minimum one year in e‑commerce or digital marketing roles, ideally with exposure to international and cross‑functional projects; prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in digital/e‑commerce.
