Louis Vuitton seeks Digital Clienteling Activation Specialist in China to drive client development across e-commerce channels and digital touchpoints.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support clienteling initiatives across e-commerce channels, including Mini Programs, CSC, and digital touchpoints; translate priority client pools into targeted activation plans based on client lifecycle and channel opportunity
- Define target client logic, communication strategy, timeline, and follow-up mechanisms; coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless launch and consistent client experience
- Plan and execute VIC (Very Important Client) and potential VIC development initiatives through digital channels and CSC clienteling, including client events, gifting opportunities, festive campaigns, and exclusive experiences
- Manage and optimize WeCom client pools, maintain client tagging logic, manage communication calendars, and monitor client pool growth, activity, and conversion metrics
- Track activation progress, monitor client response, sales impact, and long-term development outcomes; identify opportunities to enhance business impact and client nurturing effectiveness
Qualifications
- Strong project management and execution capability with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Client-centric mindset with sensitivity to luxury brand tone of voice and product storytelling
- Experience in CRM, clienteling, luxury retail, e-commerce, or campaign management
- Comfort with data tracking, performance analysis, and reporting
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable client activation strategies
