Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across the UK and Nordic markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention with a sales-driven mindset
- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating closely with other departments to solve issues efficiently whilst enhancing overall customer experience
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of records
- Handle complaints and difficult situations with clients professionally, ensuring calm and effective resolution whilst maintaining Louis Vuitton's high standards of service
- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating the highest level of professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and/or Swedish)
- Strong sales and storytelling skills with clear demonstration of a Customer First mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering impeccable service and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce advantageous)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs across different markets
- Background in luxury retail is a plus
- Keen interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus

Beginner level; previous experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required. Candidates should demonstrate a customer-first mentality and passion for service excellence.
