Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough product assessments to identify repair needs and provide care instructions to clients
  • Evaluate incoming repairs to verify product condition against store documentation and determine repairability
  • Access JDE system to obtain technical data and process repairs with leadership coordination
  • Achieve KPI goals related to email and phone quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics
  • Handle diverse customer interactions including payment collection, quotations, store-related inquiries, and general customer service
  • Troubleshoot and analyze repair-related issues requiring in-depth research and team coordination
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Quality Standards, Louis Vuitton Etiquette, and Core Values
  • Collaborate with Product Assessment, Logistics, and Client Services teams to ensure proper client feedback communication
  • Address customer complaints promptly and courteously while maintaining client-centric approach
  • Document all calls and email correspondence in CRM software to track inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and company-wide initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and recommend operational enhancements
