Louis Vuitton seeks a Digital Care Services Specialist in Piscataway, NJ — on-site 2nd shift client care role; $21/hr plus $2 shift differential.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email and video client service for Louis Vuitton customers, handling inquiries, quotations, payment collection and store-related service requests.
  • Perform thorough product assessments to identify repair needs, determine repairability and advise clients on care instructions.
  • Evaluate incoming repair cases against store documentation and coordinate with leadership when additional technical instructions are required.
  • Use JDE and CRM systems to document calls, emails and case histories; ensure accurate tracking of customer inquiries, feedback and complaints.
  • Troubleshoot repair-related issues through detailed research and coordination with Product Assessment, Logistics and Client Services teams.
  • Consistently meet departmental KPIs for quality, productivity and efficiency while adhering to Louis Vuitton Quality Standards and Etiquette.
  • Escalate and manage customer complaints with a client-centric, elevated approach, ensuring timely and courteous resolution.
  • Participate in training, department meetings and process improvement projects; recommend enhancements to workflows and client care procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; 3–5 years preferred, ideally within luxury retail or premium goods.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Strong organisational, time-management and multitasking abilities; punctuality and schedule flexibility required.
  • Proactive, solution-driven and detail-oriented approach; ability to work independently and within a team.
