Louis Vuitton Digital Care Services Specialist in Ontario, California — first-shift customer service role handling after-sales inquiries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate product assessments related to repairs and care services, generating repair estimates or care guidance for clients
- Proactively manage client caseloads with swift follow-ups and seamless workflow organization
- Assess incoming client calls to evaluate reported issues against case history and account documentation, determining appropriate resolution or escalation pathways
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance goals in call quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics
- Handle diverse call types including payment collection, quotation review, service issues, and store inquiries
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and research repair-related issues, conducting cross-departmental research as needed
- Maintain exemplary customer service standards by adhering to Louis Vuitton's Etiquette guidelines and Selling Ceremony protocols
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently with professionalism and empathy, applying client-centric approaches to fair and timely outcomes
- Maintain proficient and consistent use of all required call center platforms, CRM systems, and tools to ensure accurate documentation and seamless service delivery
- Document 100% of calls and email correspondence accurately within the CRM system, capturing inquiry type, customer feedback, and complaint details
- Stay current on product knowledge, company updates, and departmental initiatives to deliver informed and confident responses
- Actively engage in departmental training, continuous improvement projects, and cross-functional initiatives while contributing process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in customer service or call center environments
- GED certificate or high school diploma minimum
- Exceptional client-centric mindset with ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach with self-starter mentality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Reliable punctuality and schedule flexibility to meet operational demands
