Role & Responsibilities

  • Pilot global business performance by consolidating insights across product categories, geographies, and sales channels to identify key growth drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Define sales objectives and construct sales forecasts in close collaboration with central and regional teams, ensuring alignment between ambitions, market trends, and operational realities
  • Provide strategic visibility to senior management through impactful reporting, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into clear business orientations
  • Embody the Maison's business storytelling and present performance results, strategic recommendations, and key insights directly to executive leadership
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on strategic topics including market dynamics, product category evolution, and traffic trends
  • Pilot and coordinate action plans across all digital teams—E-Merchandising, Traffic, CRM, Media, and regional zones (Americas, EMEA, China, Japan, Korea, South Asia, North Asia)—translating performance insights into concrete growth acceleration initiatives
  • Lead and drive the business intelligence roadmap to ensure data consistency, reporting automation, and advancement of the Maison's analytical tools
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by ensuring insights are not only shared but translated into action across all organizational levels

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital performance, or business analytics, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystems including traffic, assortment, CRM, customer experience, and supply chain
  • Recognized expertise in project management and proven ability to structure, prioritize, and pilot complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Capability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel and data storytelling techniques; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and oral
  • Sensitivity to the luxury sector and its core competencies: excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creativity
