Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all dial decoration operations manually and via specialized machinery, including sanding, blasting, spray application, solar finishing, vertical and circular satin finishing, protective coating application, and uncoating
- Verify and maintain dial flatness through manual techniques or automated sanding equipment
- Perform precision flat polishing on metals, minerals, and enamel surfaces
- Ensure strict adherence to operating procedures, established standards, and workshop safety protocols
- Identify production issues and actively propose and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality self-inspection of completed work against specified standards
Qualifications
- Formation in dial decoration (AFP or CFC certification, or equivalent qualification)
- Ability to independently master flatness verification and manual or machine-based decoration techniques
- Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Demonstrated capacity for self-inspection and quality verification
- Strong manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in dial decoration and finishing within a watchmaking or precision manufacturing workshop
Education
Swiss apprenticeship certification (AFP/CFC) in dial decoration or equivalent professional qualification
