Louis Vuitton Deputy Store Manager in Dubai – Lead retail teams, drive client experience, and deliver business results in luxury retail leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and advisors within the assigned universe
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in partnership with Store Management
- Set clear individual and team objectives and manage performance proactively
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment
- Drive universe performance through strong commercial and strategic understanding
- Support teams in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools
- Ensure strong client-centric mindset and service excellence across the team
- Define and implement action plans to maximize product performance and sales
- Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting selling and cross-selling initiatives
- Build and maintain a personal client portfolio
- Ensure optimal floor coverage and service standards through leadership presence
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to managers to develop their teams
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Oversee inventory management within the universe
- Support workforce planning and coordination with department store partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail with team leadership responsibilities

- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable acting as a senior leader within the store environment
