Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and sales advisors within assigned universe or department
• Identify, recruit, and nurture emerging talent in partnership with Store Management
• Establish clear individual and team objectives and manage performance proactively
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with a positive culture
• Drive universe performance through strong commercial and strategic commercial acumen
• Support teams in cultivating long-term client relationships using clienteling platforms and tools
• Ensure unwavering client-centric mindset and service excellence throughout the department
• Define and implement action plans to optimize product performance and drive sales
• Serve as a visible role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio
• Ensure optimal floor coverage and maintain service standards through visible leadership
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to develop managers and their teams
• Enforce policies, procedures, and brand standards with consistency
• Hold accountability for inventory management within the department
• Support workforce planning and coordinate with department store partners as applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in luxury retail with team leadership responsibilities
• Demonstrated track record of developing and managing retail teams
• Strong commercial mindset and proven client orientation
• Proven ability to develop people and drive measurable performance
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Comfortable operating as a senior leader within a retail environment
• Experience with clienteling tools and CRM systems preferred

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, including demonstrated team leadership responsibilities and a track record of building high-performing teams. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a premium retail environment is essential.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; further education in retail management, business administration, or related field is advantageous.
