Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and advisors within the assigned universe or department
  • Identify, recruit, and develop talents in partnership with Store Management to build high-performing teams
  • Set clear individual and team objectives and manage performance proactively
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment
  • Drive universe performance through strong commercial and strategic understanding
  • Support teams in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and CRM systems
  • Ensure a strong client-centric mindset and service excellence at all times
  • Define and implement action plans to maximize product performance and sales
  • Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase
  • Build and maintain a personal client portfolio demonstrating advanced selling techniques
  • Ensure optimal floor coverage and service standards through visible leadership
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to managers to develop their own teams
